WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?
We offer a
3-night minimum stay requirement, although select suites require a
30-day minimum due to demand. Please ask us for details.
ARE SUITES NON-SMOKING?
Yes, all of our suites are non-smoking.
WHAT IS YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT PROCEDURE?
On your arrival date you may check-in at anytime after 3:00 PM. On the
date of your departure check-out is 11:00 AM.
Upon arrival you will be greeted at your suite by our Guest Service
staff who will walk-through your suite with you and introduce your to
the amenities and New York City neighborhood you selected.
IF NEEDED, MAY I ASK ABOUT A LATE CHECKOUT?
Our normal check out time is 11:00 am. Please contact guest services at
least 24 hours prior to departure should you require a late check out.
If
the room is free we will try to accommodate your needs, but please note
there will be at an additional charge.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
If you have a pet you desire to bring with you, we will address
your request on a case-by-case basis. A pet is not permitted without
prior written approval from our Guest Services department staff. To
ensure the enjoyment of each of our guests, a pet accompanying a guest
without pre-approval subjects the guest to an additional charge of up to
$500 or more, depending upon length of stay.
WHAT IS THE CITY TAX RATE?
The New York City tax is as follows:
For stays under 6 nights and less, tax is additional and includes a
14.25% sales tax plus $3.50 per night occupancy tax.
For stays of 7 nights or more tax is additional and includes a 5.875%
sales tax and $3.50 per night occupancy tax.
IS A DISCOUNTED RATE AVAILABLE FOR LONGER STAYS?
We often offer discounts for stays of 7 nights or longer. Please ask us
for more details.
ARE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
INCLUDED DURING MY STAY?
Your suite is
thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and cleaned
again after you depart. You are charged an exit cleaning fee of $150
for this service. We
provide housekeeping services at an additional charge. If you would
like additional housekeeping services, please contact our Guest Services
department and we will arrange.
HOW MUCH IS THE COST FOR INTERNET ACCESS IN MY SUITE?
There is no charge
for Internet access and use. All our suites have high-speed internet
access.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
The total amount of the reservation minus a $90 cancellation fee is
reimbursed by your method of payment if the cancellation has been
communicated to us in writing not less than 30 days prior to your
scheduled arrival date.
With 15 to 29 days prior written notice to us, the reservation deposit
is forfeited.
If less than 15 days notice to us, the total amount chargeable for your
reserved stay is forfeited.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE OUR NEED FOR A CHILD CRIB?
Please notify us in advance if you
require a crib so that we can make arrangements to place one in your
suite. Please note that we provide travel cribs rather than full-size
cribs.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE DURING MY STAY?
Our suites are equipped to meet
your kitchen needs. For your convenience we provide a hair dryer,
premium bath amenities and Mrs. Meyer's cleaning supplies for your
use.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT EACH SUITE LOCATION?
Parking is generally available near each suite. Please contact our
Guest Services department to assist you if needed.
MAY I HOST A PARTY OR
SOCIAL GATHERING IN MY SUITE?
Your suite is
located in a private, residential building within New York City. For
the enjoyment of you and each resident, our building owners forbid
excessive noise, hosting more than 8 guests, or the conduct any business
producing noticeable traffic. Ignoring these rules may result in
immediate termination of your stay. In such an event, no refund of
charges will be available, and you may be subject to a penalty at our
discretion of up to $5,000.00.
IS ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE?
As we operate your private suite in a residential buildings we do
not provide room service. However, grocery and restaurant online
delivery services are available directly if you wish. Ask our Guest
Services staff for details.
